Offering holistic home and water birth services in Lake and Mendocino Counties, we provide tender, respectful care to women and their families throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Special arrangements can be made for care in other locations as well.

Pregnancy and childbirth are natural states of being. The female body intrinsically knows how to conceive, grow, birth, and feed a baby. In making a decision to birth at home with a midwife you are choosing an environment that is uniquely your own and supports the private and spiritual nature of birth.
Our role as your midwife is to facilitate this amazing process by providing individualized care that leads to whole and satisfying birth experiences. We believe that women are the ultimate authorities on their own bodies. As midwives, we help you remember this truth and constantly lead you back to a knowing and understanding of your ability to birth your baby in the sanctity of your own home.
Our greatest hope is to see people experience unity within themselves and their families. We believe that the lessons taught through pregnancy and birth greatly impact our experience of wholeness. This is a time of great transformation which, although natural, is not always comfortable, yet always holds a possibility of ecstasy. As midwives grounded in a deep understanding of the normalcy of this miracle, we are available to share with you all we know regarding the Art of Midwifery and we encourage you to explore your desires, fears and hopes about your pregnancy & birth.
Because we limit the number of clients we accept, you can rest assured that the care you receive will be personal and individualized.
